Bronze – Training & Practice [Tramping]

This combined Bronze Training & Practice Journey is an introduction to overnight camping and tramping. 

The overnight trip is based around a central campsite, with Day 1 focused on learning and practicing essential personal management & outdoor skills, and Day 2 involving short tramps around the camp to put your skills into action. This tramp is designed as an accessible, introductory experience.

This is a 2 day and 1 night tramping and camping event with 6 hours of activity per day. You will need to carry all your own clothing, food, gear, tent, etc.

You must plan and bring your own food. We will provide a menu ideas document to help with planning.

Free transport is provided from our base in Avondale.
