Welcome to your 2nd step in the adventurous journey space!  Now that you have completed the Bronze training day, you are ready to embark on your 1st overnight expedition to further develop your skills and prepare you for the next step to qualify for your Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, before moving onto the Silver Adventurous Journeys.

Our Practice journey is an overnight journey set in one of Auckland’s stunning regional parks. The key focus of this trip is to provide you with an opportunity to practice and apply the many skills that were introduced to you during the training event.

To be eligible for the practice journey, you must have successfully completed the Bronze Training.

Start and Finish Times

Drop off: Saturday 9th May, 10.00am at Sullivans Bay Carpark, 192 Ngarewa Drive, Mahurangi West
Pick up: Sunday 10th May, 2.00pm from Sullivans Bay Carpark, 192 Ngarewa Drive, Mahurangi West
