Auckland Challenge have partnered with Auckland Sea Kayaks to provide this amazing experience to complete your bronze or silver adventurous journey this school holidays.

Starting September 30th, Auckland Sea Kayaks are running a complete journey package that covers either your Bronze or Silver Training, Practice, and Qualifying Journey. And here’s the best part - with the $100 discounted by Auckland Sea Kayaks, and the subsidy offered by Auckland Challenge the cost of the whole journey excluding transport and extra equipment is only:

 - $150 for bronze 

-  $250 for silver 

Tent hire, sleeping mat and cooker are provided by Auckland Sea Kayaks for no extra cost.

The discounted journey cost is only available for current Auckland Challenge members to complete the adventurous journey section of their Duke of Edinburgh's Award.  

All planning and journey organisation is arranged through Auckland Sea Kayaks following their Safety Management Systems.

Enrolments are handled by Auckland Sea Kayaks.

There is a zero payment on enrolment. You will be invoiced by Auckland Challenge once the journey numbers are confirmed.  This may be up to or including the dates of the journey.

If you are waiting for an assessment to come through for more than a couple of weeks then you need to contact your assessor because they haven't received your request.

The NZ Sailing Trust have a few spaces available on their voyage this September too.

The voyage leaves September 30th and will cost $1575 for a rare opportunity to sail on the Steinlager 2.
