It's been a really long time since we've been able to organize an adventurous journey at any level, but we're planning some now for your Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

URBAN EXPLORATION 

Meet up with other DofE participants as you do your journey following the Auckland Whale Tail Trail! There are over 80 large tails around Auckland, each with its own story. We will work with the group to plan your route between the tails and see how many your group can find.

WAITAKERE BUSH EXPEDITION

Join your experienced instructor and other group members on a typical New Zealand bush experience.  Put your training into practice and challenge yourself to an experience to remember.

Dates for both journeys: April 14th - 18th depending on your level.

Costs: $140 - $250

ADVENTUROUS JOURNEY TRAINING

This is the section that you need to have signed off before you take part in an adventurous journey.  Good News!! Bronze training is always available online at (ACORN) for $60.

SILVER and GOLD TRAINING

March 20th at Karamatura Farm.  

This day will run in two parts: Silver training will run 8-12 and Gold Training will run 8-3 Prerequisites: Silver: You MUST complete the Bronze Online Training course on ACORN: https://acorn.aucklandchallenge.org.nz or an approved bronze level training course prior to attending.
