DESCRIPTION:This journey is run by Bigfoot AdventuresWelcome to your 2nd step in the adventurous journey space!  Now that you have completed the Bronze training day\, you are ready to embark on your 1st overnight expedition to further develop your skills and prepare you for the next step to qualify for your Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award\, before moving onto the Silver Adventurous Journeys. \n\n\n\nOur Practice journey is an overnight journey set in one of Auckland’s stunning regional parks. DESCRIPTION:This journey is run by Bigfoot AdventuresThe key focus of this training and practice journey is to provide you with an opportunity to build on the many skills that were introduced to you during the Bronze Adventurous Journey Section OR for direct entrants to learn and develop these foundational skills ahead of your qualifier. \n\n\n\nFor this 3 day/2 night journey\, participants will be exploring the history of the Kaimai Ranges & Karangahake Gorge with it’s old logging trails\, mining tunnels and beautifully diverse flora/fauna. \n\n\n\nTo be eligible for the Silver Training & Practice Journey\, all participants are to have successfully completed the Bronze prerequisites unless a direct entrant .
